Brooklyn Wedding Photographer and Videographer

ABOUT THE STUDIO:

Brindamour Studios is a full-service creative studio offering photography, videography, photobooths, and a getting ready suite in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The studio is an 800-square-foot space with an open floor plan that is perfect for those who want a photogenic place to get ready on their wedding day and don't want a king-sized bed taking up the whole room. Getting ready at Brindamour Studios means bright, beautiful photos (so many windows!) and plenty of room for your wedding party to spread out. We provide an attendant, four hair & makeup stations, a large bathroom with a full-length mirror, a professional steamer & clothing rack, espresso machine, functioning disco ball, and more!

ABOUT RIMA:

I'm originally from East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania but I've lived all over the country and have finally landed in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. My personal hobbies include rock climbing, learning French, and drinking the best wine I can get my hands on (yes, if you're getting married at a winery, I'm interested!). I've been photographing weddings since 2009 (that's 15 years!) and I'm still not even the least bit bored. Hell, I still tear up at weddings on a regular basis. Staying emotional and in the moment is what allows me to capture the moments that matter most to my couples. Working with me means a relaxed day that feels fun rather than awkward and I'll be there to ensure we stay on time and get all the photos that matter most to you!

ABOUT MY STYLE:

I describe my style as intimate, relaxed, colorful, and most importantly, timeless. I want you to love your wedding album in 10 years and not cringe when you see all the trendy poses and editing presets. I love natural light, but I also know how to work with flash when the sun goes down and you hit the dance floor.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q. How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer and/or videographer?

A. Couples book me anywhere from 6-18 months before their wedding day. If your wedding is within 12 months, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure I still have your date available, especially if it's a spring or fall Saturday as those usually book up first.

Q: What is required to book?

A. I require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance will be due one month before your wedding date so I can focus on taking pictures rather than collecting money from you on your busy day.

Q. How long do we have to wait to get our photos and/or videos?

A. I deliver your online gallery of edited photos within 4-8 weeks. If you book our video services, you'll get your wedding trailer within 30 days and your wedding film within 90 days.

Q. Who are your favorite New York wedding vendors to work with?

We have a preferred vendor list! This list has been very carefully curated over my 15+ years of experience in the NYC wedding industry and includes only the best of the best!
